Shipping & In-Store Pickup

• Express Delivery is free for all orders over $180 AUD

  • Express Delivery below $180 AUD will incur a $15 delivery fee

• Standard Delivery is free for all orders over $150 AUD

  • Standard Delivery below $150 AUD will incur a $10 delivery fee.

• Currently we only service Australia due to product licensing laws.

  

Delivery Times 

Tracking updates will be provided from Australia Post using your provided tracking number.

 

Current Auspost delivery times are as follows:
Express Post- Delivery 2-5 business days (according to Auspost domestic delivery estimator)

Parcel Post- Delivery within 3-12 business days from order dispatch. Timing differs based on delivery state and location.*

 

  • Orders placed after 1pm Monday-Friday will be fulfilled the following business day.
  • Orders are processed for delivery on business days Monday-Friday only
  • Delivery times as advised by Australia Post are an estimate only. Orders are fulfilled from Bargara, Queensland. 

 In-Store Pickup

  • This service is available for local pickup after payment has been approved through our online website and confirmation of order has been sent to your elected channel.
  • Items on pick up service can only be held a maximum of 7 days at which point a reminder email or SMS will be sent regarding pick up before it becomes the discretion of the store management to cancel the pickup. 

 

AUSTRALIA POST

For any online purchase (excl. click & collect), we recommend that the order is shipped to an address where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchases. In cases where Safe Drop is standard or an ‘Authority to Leave’ is given, the parcel becomes your responsibility upon delivery. Please be aware that Bargara Shoes are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

 

  • For express post you will have the option at checkout to select 'Express Post with Authority to Leave' or 'Express Post with Signature'.
  • For items booked with 'Authority to Leave' if no-one is available to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, Australia post will look for a suitable safe drop location to leave the parcel.
  • For items booked 'With Signature', this will require a signature for the parcel unless an invitation to Safe Drop is accepted. The parcel will be left at the post office for collection after an attempted delivery unless you accept an invitation to authorise a Safe Drop.
  • We book your parcel through Australia Post Parcel Send.
  • When booking your parcel, we will enter your email address into the label details so you will receive direct updated and tracking of your parcel from Australia Post.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email from Bargara Shoes, however, the tracking number for your order will come through from Australia Post directly.

  

  • For orders made on weekends and Queensland public holidays, your order will be confirmed on the next business day. Please allow an additional 1-3 days for dispatch.
  • In the unlikely event any goods delivered by us are damaged in transit or missing from your expected delivery, please email us at admin@bargarashoes.com within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification, then we will deem your order to have been accepted as satisfactory.
